Jennifer Corley relocated to Southern California from the Southern US, and has a background in writing and media production and post-production. Jennifer is a published and produced playwright, having works featured onstage in the UK and US, and was a featured writer in the professional anthology More Monologues For Women, By Women. Her fiction and poetry has been published in literary journals and websites such as Black Candies: Gross & Unlikeable, Queen Mob’s Tea House, States of Terror Vol. 3, and Hobart, among others. She reads/performs her creative non-fiction work in Southern California venues.

She has worked with a literary arts non-profit as a storyteller, writing coach, and performance coach for five years, and with the organization’s Veterans Writing Group for three – most recently serving as editor for the radio series Incoming, a collaboration with KPBS.
